Regardless of the selected style of reception our small intimate wedddings
reflect quality and elegance with fine German china, sterling silver cutlery and
quality glassware in attractive table layouts - elegance in either a casual relaxed,
or formal setting.
Ceremony & Champagne Wedding
A harbour waterfront setting for your ceremony with a
pre-ceremony cocktail and a sparkling bridal toast. The Ceremony &
Champagne is ideal for those who want a ceremony without an elaborate
reception in a short timeframe, up to 2 hours long. Suitable for just
a couple on their own, or up to 30 guests.
With weddings of 20 or more a marquee is provided.
Cost for celebrant,
venue, drinks and service for a couple $990
including complimentary bridal night accommodation. For up to
30 persons add $40 per person to couple price.

Lodge Dining Room Reception
We do a number of wedding for up to 14 persons in the lodge
dining room. It is a true lodge experience with a formal table setting of fine china and elegant silverware
and we can accommodate from 2 to 14 and often 8 to 10 persons.
For 2 persons the cost will be between
$1300 and $1550 while a 14 persons the cost will be between $2000 to $3000

Courtyard Marquee Reception
Our small intimate courtyard weddings use a German marque
that fits into our inner courtyard and we can easily seat 25 guests at
the one long table. You can choose from a 2 course lunch menu to a 6/7
course degustation (small servings) menu. It is elegant but relaxed and
our most popular option.
With 20 guests the cost would be between $3500 and $5000, while 25 guests
would cost between $4500 for 2 course to $6000 for a four course plus menu.

Courtyard Dining Reception
We do courtyard functions with a long table and seated guests
under market umbrellas in /January/February/March. The usual maximum is 25 persons.
We tend to offer Italian styled platters and dishes and usually 3 courses but not
a great division between the courses. With most of our weddings we use the wedding
cake, usually Chocolate Mud Cake, as part of the dessert course. The outdoor reception
takes a risk with weather. The courtyard is most suitable between 11 am and 8 pm during
the summer.
The cost for 10 guests will be from $2000 to $3000 while 25 guests will be
between $3000 and $3500

Garden Party Reception
We can do a garden party wedding reception for up
to 30 persons with champagne service and canapés (finger food). These are
ideal for people who want a shorter reception of round 2 hours duration and
a total wedding of 4 hours from start to finish. The guests move round and
chat in groups with platter food service. Great on a fine sunny day and best
between 11 am and 2 pm. in January, February or March. We provide a marque for
cover in event of bad weather and to house the bar and some food service.
The costs vary depending on the level of service and the amount and quality of food.
This type of function with 20 guests will cost between $3000 and $4000, while 30 guests
will cost between $6000 and $7000

Cocktail party Reception
Ideal for a small wedding of up to 30 guests where
an elegant wedding reception in a shorter time frame is desired. The guests arrival
can be between 3 and 5 pm with the ceremony, photographs and reception taking
approximately 4 hours. Finger food with platter service, wine waiters & cocktail
bar staff provide a friendly, sophisticated reception setting.
This type of function with 20 guests will cost between $3000 and $4000, while
30 guests will cost between $6000 and $8000
