THE POINT specialises in light Pacific Rim cuisine elegantly served in a romantic setting at the meeting of our vineyard and harbour.

We can tailor any menu to suit the bride and groom’s tastes.

Party Size
We are comfortable with wedding breakfast groups of between 2 and 25 in formal seated situations and up to 40 for outdoor finger food/cocktail party styled functions.

Fancy contemporary Pacific Rim cuisine like Parmesan Chicken with lemon Hollandaise on a bed of zucchini & courgettes served with a side salad?

Or a traditional afternoon tea with Champagne?

Or maybe platters of succulent finger foods and a cheese board, or a sizzling barbecue with a range of salads?

At The Point we are happy to craft a menu of tempting delicacies that will be a culinary experience for you and your guests to remember.

Three typical waves of reception food from our varied menus

Hot and cold Canapés -
Thai fish fritters, bacon and egg savouries, creamy mushroom savouries, ham and cheese crepe rolls, smoked salmon on rye bread, devils on horseback

Substantial offerings-
lamb cutlets, chicken drumsticks, hot steak sandwiches, bacon & egg pies, smoked chicken tarts, venison sausages & green shelled mussels

Dessert -
mini pavlovas with fruit & ice cream or plated chocolate mud cake with whipped cream
